Getting to us
From central Brixton:
Turning left out of Brixton Tube get on any bus from bus stop Q, this is the nearest bus stop to the KFC . Buses – 45, 59, 109, 118, 159, 250 and 333 all go up Brixton Hill.
Get off at the “Jebb Avenue / Brixton Prison” stop, cross the road and our archway is 30 metres south. The Community Centre is directly right through the archway and down the slope.
The Renton Close Estate 
i have photos of Briscoe Buildings as it was called then, taken at the end of the war party for the children 1945,if you are interested I could send you them, on looking at them I wonder how many of us are still about
